Fee reports: collections, outstanding and concessions
Find and print the fee reports you need for daily closing, outstanding balances, concessions and management review.
Fee reports show what was collected, what is still owed and what was given away in concessions. Use them for the daily cash close, for chasing balances and for management meetings.
Before you start
- You need permission for fee reports. If you do not see Reports under Fee, it may not be included in your plan or your role may not have permission; ask your administrator.
- Reports reflect what has been recorded. Make sure the day's payments are entered before you run a closing report.
Steps
- Go to Fee > Reports.
- Type part of a report's name in Search a report here..., or scroll the groups.
- Click View next to the report. It opens in a new tab.
- Set the date range, class or other filters the report offers.
- Print or save the report.

Good to know
- For trends rather than lists, look at Fee > Fee Analytics.
- Reversed payments do not vanish. They appear in the reversal and audit reports, which is useful when the cash count does not match.
- Run the closing report at the same time each day so totals are comparable.
- If your institution has more than one campus, check which campus a report covers before sharing it.
- Some reports are only shown when the matching feature is in use, for example advance fee or online payment collection reports.
Common questions
The collection report does not match the cash in hand. Where do I look?
Check the Daily Fee Collection Reversal Report for reversed entries and confirm the received date on any late entries.
