If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BitCandor Technologies Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Institution
Educational organizations, schools, colleges, or universities that subscribe to Scolvia services.
User
Any individual accessing or using the Platform, including staff, students, and parents.
Content
All data, documents, materials, or information uploaded, stored, or processed on the Platform.
Subscription
The paid access plan that grants an Institution the right to use the Platform for a specific period.
Confidential Information
Non-public data, including student records, personal information, and proprietary institutional data.
Services Description
What Scolvia provides
Scolvia provides a comprehensive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system designed specifically for educational institutions. Our platform enables schools, colleges, and universities to manage their operations efficiently.
Core Features
Student management, admissions, attendance tracking, grade management, and reporting tools.
Cloud Hosting
Secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups, scalability, and 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Updates & Support
Regular feature updates, security patches, and technical support included with your subscription.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance is typically performed during off-peak hours with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be required to address security issues or critical bugs.
User Accounts
Account requirements and types
To access Scolvia, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Create a strong, unique password and change it periodically
- Notify your institution administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use your account only for legitimate educational purposes
Account Types
Administrator
Full system access with rights to configure settings, manage users, and oversee all operations.
Staff
Teachers and administrative staff with access to academic and operational features.
Student
Access to personal academic records, assignments, and communication tools.
Parent
Limited access to view their children academic progress and institutional updates.
User Obligations
Prohibited activities and responsibilities
All users must comply with these obligations when using the Platform. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in account suspension or termination, and may subject you to legal liability.
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to access accounts or data belonging to other users without permission.
Malicious Software
Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code that could damage the Platform.
Data Mining
Using automated systems to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Platform without authorization.
Harassment
Engaging in bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior toward other users.
Data Sharing
Sharing login credentials or providing access to unauthorized third parties.
Data Manipulation
Falsifying, altering, or deleting records without proper authorization.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these obligations may result in:

Payment Terms
Billing and subscription details
Subscription Fees
Fees are based on the selected plan and number of users. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and wire transfers. All payments must be made in advance.
Late Payments
Accounts overdue by 30 days may be suspended. A 2% monthly late fee applies to overdue balances.
Refund Policy
Refunds considered case-by-case. Contact us within 14 days for billing concerns.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights
Our IP
Scolvia and all related software are owned by BitCandor Technologies Limited.

- You may not remove copyright notices
Termination
Ending your agreement
By Institution
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Data retained 90 days then deleted.
By Scolvia
We may terminate for violations or non-payment with notice.
Data Export
30 days to export data after termination, then permanently deleted.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of warranties
Service Interruptions
We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Data Loss
While we implement robust backup systems, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error or third-party breaches.
Third-Party Actions
We are not responsible for the actions of users, third-party integrations, or external services linked to the Platform.
Business Impact
We are not liable for any lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Disclaimer: Provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 6 months preceding any claim.
