What is a controller student?
The controller student is the primary contact point for a family. Usually the first student added with a particular National ID becomes the controller, but you can change this. All family communications and fee collections are managed through this student.
How are siblings automatically detected?
When you register a new student and enter the guardian National ID, the system checks if that National ID already exists in the database. If found, the new student is automatically linked as a sibling to the existing family.
Can I collect fees for all siblings together?
Yes, go to Family Fee Collection, select the family or controller student, and you can view all pending dues for all siblings. Collect the combined amount in one transaction.
