How do I create a new user account?
Go to Admin Team Management > Add User. Enter staff details, assign a unique login ID, set the initial password, and link to the appropriate role. The account is active immediately.
Can I view all SMS sent by the system?
Yes, the SMS History section shows all messages sent with timestamps, sender, recipient, and message content. You can filter by date range, sender, or message type.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
Admin can reset any staff password from Admin Team Management. Staff can also use "Forgot Password" on the login page - a reset link is sent to their registered email.
Can I temporarily lock an account?
Yes, you can disable any user account without deleting it. The user will be unable to login until reactivated. This is useful for staff on leave or to temporarily restrict access.
