How much does Scolvia cost?
Scolvia offers three monthly plans: Starter at $49/month (200 students included), Professional at $149/month (500 students included), and Enterprise at $299/month (1,000 students included). All plans share the same per-student overage rate of $0.20/student/month for any active students beyond the included limit. A one-time $49 activation fee applies to all plans.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to additional features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We prorate any payments when you upgrade mid-cycle.

What are the setup costs?
All plans include a one-time $49 activation fee which covers account provisioning and initial configuration. Your monthly subscription then covers software access, cloud hosting, updates, and standard support. Optional premium add-ons — such as SMS credits, WhatsApp credits, AI Assistant, and advanced analytics — are available at separately quoted rates. On-site training, custom development, or complex data migration are scoped and priced transparently before any work begins.
